FAQ
Bath and bath linen, dish towels, wifi, consumption (electricity,gas&water), Are included in the price.
Hotel service at Belcasa Hotels includes garbage collection, daily fresh towels - if needed - and toilet paper replenishment.
Check-in is possible from 15h to 18h. Arriving later than 18h is also possible. Please inform the reception about this, so the late check-in procedure can be passed on.
Check-out is possible from 9am until 10am.
Private underground parking and garage spaces are provided. It is advisable to reserve these in advance.
A maximum of 2 pets up to 10kg are allowed in our hotel.
We ask an additional fee of € 10/night per pet.
Our bike park is underground. Everybody has access through the gate (Essex Scottishlaan 88) with the second key on the one bunch of keys, to be opened manually. It is strictly forbidden to move your bicycle in the lift.
We have city bikes available. These can be reserved on request.

If it is not possible to check in during opening hours, please inform us on the day.
There is a possibility to retrieve the keys in a safe after 6pm.
The instructions will be given by the receptionist on duty.
When making a reservation you have the choice between a refundable and a non-refundable rate plan.
I have chosen the flexible rate and wish to cancel
If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before the arrival date, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified after that, or if you do not show up (no-show), 100% of the stay will be charged. You will be charged a prepayment of the total price within 14 days before the arrival date.
If the reservation has already been paid the full amount will be returned to the account.
I have chosen the early bird rate - non-refundable and wish to cancel
In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the full amount of the stay must be paid and is in no case refundable.
The payment of the total price will be charged at the time of making the reservation.
Direct payment
When choosing a direct payment, you have the option of making a bank transfer or a payment using the payment platform Mollie.
In case the customer chooses a flexible rate and makes a direct payment, the full amount paid will be refunded in case of a cancellation of the reservation.
Credit card as guarantee
You provide a credit card as a guarantee. 14 days before arrival, we will send you an email with a link to the payment platform Mollie. You then have 2 days to make this payment. If we do not receive the payment after sending 2 reminders, the reservation will be cancelled.
